Workspace privacy policy

What we access

When you connect Google, we receive your Google account identifier and email address, the Analytics properties and Search Console sites available to that account, and the authorization tokens needed to keep the connection working.

You choose the profile for each saved business. We read the selected profile and reporting dates: Analytics sessions, engagement, daily active users, key events, revenue and channel, page, event and geographic breakdowns; Search Console clicks, impressions, search terms, page URLs, click-through rates and average positions.

The Google connection requests account identity and email plus read-only Analytics and Search Console permissions. It does not request Gmail, Drive or advertising-management access.

If you connect CallRail or WhatConverts, we read the selected business profile's interaction, attribution and qualification data. These connections do not import caller phone numbers, contact emails, recordings or transcripts into normalized reports. Files you upload and text you enter may contain additional information you supply.

How we use your data

We use connected data to show your selected business's performance, maintain saved history, compare compatible reporting periods and prepare reports or answers you request. We list available profiles so you can choose the correct business. We do not change the source accounts or publish changes to your website.

Google data is not sold, used for advertising targeting or used to train general-purpose AI models. Our use and transfer of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Who processes or sees the data

Cloudflare hosts the workspace and its stored records. When you request AI report analysis or an assistant answer, relevant business data may be sent to OpenAI to produce that requested output. Connection passwords, API keys and OAuth tokens are excluded from those report and assistant inputs.

Authorized business owners and agency administrators can access the business records and reports assigned through the workspace. Other team accounts see their own work. We do not make connected measurements or reports public through these information pages. A team member may download a report and share it with the intended client.

Human access is limited to authorized use, necessary support with permission, security or legal requirements. Processing providers receive data to operate the requested service, not for their independent advertising use.

Storage and protection

Connections use HTTPS. API credentials and Google tokens are encrypted in server-side storage. Business measurements and reports are stored in the hosted workspace and protected by account and business-access controls. Credentials are excluded from client reports and ordinary application logs.

Saved measurements and reports remain available until removed or a deletion request is fulfilled. Disconnecting a source stops future collection; it does not automatically erase previously saved measurements or downloaded reports. No internet service can promise complete security.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can disconnect a source in Connections & usage. You can also revoke the workspace's access in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. You control optional automatic sync; manual sync is the default.

Contact claudiu@amarquez.agency to request correction or deletion of stored business data, reports, uploaded files or connection records. We verify the requester's authority before acting. Legal requirements may require retention of specific records, and reports already downloaded or shared by your team are outside the workspace's control.

Policy updates

We update this page when data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. A materially different use of connected Google data requires disclosure and consent before that use.
